Tuesday, June 10, 2008

Senior magistrate Kayode Olajubutu is expected to deliver judgment today in the government vehicle theft trial involving Supt  Manlafi Sanyang, the former government vehicle controller, Lt Bakary Camara and Dominic Fedeli, an Italian national.

It could be recalled that the trio were accused of conspiring and stealing a Sanyang Karado vehicle (BJL 4063B), which belongs to The Gambia government.

The first and second accused persons are being represented by lawyer Laimin Camara, while lawyer Sheriff Tambedou represents the 3rd accused person, Dominic Fedeli.
