Interior's shocking 0-1 defeat to Gamtel, on Saturday, means the Police team, are all but relegated, but still have a slender mathematical chance of retaining their position at the top flight.

Interior managed only two wins in twenty matches and now they face an uphill task to avoid relegation with only two fixtures remaining.

The division one returnees must now win their remaining two matches and hope that fellow strugglers Bakau United and Ports Authority slip - if they are to play in the top flight next season. They will next play Bakau United in a tie dubbed as the battle for survival, on Sunday, June 6, before facing, at the final league match, Sea View  who have almost escaped relegation.
