One Tida Sanneh was, on Tuesday, arraigned before Magistrate BO Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates Court, charged with careless driving. She was also charged for driving without a valid driving license. When the charge was read to her, Tida pleaded guilty to the charges preferred against her.

According to the particulars of the offense, Tida Sanneh, on 17th December, 2007, along Tallinding Farakono in the Kanifing Municipal Council, drove a vehicle with registration number KM 3762 B, without care and attention thereby causing an accident.
On count two, she was charged with driving the same vehicle at the same time without a driving license.

In her mitigation plea, Tida begged for mercy, saying she would not repeat the offense.
In his ruling, the presiding magistrate, BO Jobe found her guilty of the offenses preferred against her. Magistrate Jobe adjourned the case to Wednesday, 17 September, 2008, for the judgement.
