Four EcoBank Junior Savers account holders, on Friday, won the bank's second retail week prizes at a ceremony held at the bank's head office along the Kairaba Avenue.

The retail week, which is carried out at the end of every month, started in June, this year.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Lamin Gaye, the  Ecobank's head of Corporate Affairs, said the bank had its retail week from August 23 to August 30.

According to Mr Gaye, the retail week was meant to give back part of their profits to their customers.

"We did advertise that customers who open a Junior Savers account will be entered into raffle draws and they will stand a chance to win prizes like a year's tuition fees at any of the schools in the country, a Timbuctu book voucher at a value of D8,000, a mobile phone and a Dream Park voucher,'' he said.

The draw which was done transparently was won by the following winners: Chandra Cloungani of Dippa Kunda; Ousainou Nyassi of Kanifing Housing Estate; Pa Modou Mbye,  Kanifing Housing Estate; and Ileanuoluwakisub Bashorun of Farafenni.
Mr Gaye said they are committed to give convenient and accessible financial services to Gambians.

"As a pan-African bank, we are ready to extend our reach across the country,'' he concluded.
