Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of the Kanifing Magistrates Court on Tuesday ordered one Baba Drammeh to pay the sum of D112,000  to one Momodou Sowe.

The sum covers the cost of bags of cement given to him by the plaintiff on credit plus legal costs of D500. According to the statement of the plaintiff, on the 16th of June 2008, he gave bags of cements to the defendant Baba Drammeh on credit valued at D112000. Baba Drammeh had however denied liability.
