One Peter Paul Hornberger, a German residing in Senegambia, was on Friday paraded before Magistrate BO Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates Court charged with the indecent assault of an underage boy and committing an unnatural offense.
 
When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded guilty to count one and not guilty to count two. The police prosecutor Corporal 758 Sarr applied for a short adjournment to call his witnesses and proceed on count two.

The case was adjourned to Tuesday, 2nd December 2008.
