Two youths, Musa Jobarteh and Foday Fatty, were on Monday arraigned before Magistrate BO Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates Court for their involvement in an affray on 9 November 2008 at Wellingara village in Kombo North.

They both admitted the charge. The fight, according to the prosecution, resulted from an argument over a lost mobile phone.

The court  found the two accused persons guilty. The case was adjourned to 8 December 2008. Magistrate BO Jobe granted them bail in the sum of D1000 with a Gambian surety.
