Wrestlers, boxers and fencers, for instance, know that for every move there is an equal and opposite reaction, move to block it, counter punch or parry the thrust.

This is certainly a challenge for the recipients and all those in positions of responsibility to rebut, refute, arguments, purport, significant of "The white man's burden" (title of a poem by Rudyard Kipling, 1894).
