British couple give to Sanchaba LBS

Sanchaba Lower Basic School, on Monday received a donation of 220 bags of rice from British couples: Mr and Mrs Browne, who are also the co-founders of the Friends of Sanchaba School (FOSS) Association, in a presentation ceremony held at the school grounds.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Isatou Joof Gagigo, Headmistress  of Sanchaba Sulay Jobe Lower Basic School, expressed profound delight in the benevolent gesture.
According to Mrs Joof, the association has been rendering assistance to the school.

She thanked Mr and Mrs Brown, on behalf of the Parent Teacher Association, staff and students of Sanchaba Lower Basic School for their efforts.

For her part, Mrs Browns, said they have been reaching out to the school since in 1999 .
Mr. Browne also expressed similar sentiments and hope that this will continue.
