SoS The Gambia invites applications from Suitably qualified persons for the post of

Chief Accountant

As part of the senior management team of SOS The Gambia and the head of the finance department you will be responsible for the management of the country budget, accounting and reporting, enterprise risk management, training and development of finance staff and supervision of the work of all project accountants in SOS The Gambia.

The position requires:

* A person with the final certificate or working towards the final certification of any one of ACCA, CIMA, ICSA

* At least three years relevant experience in a highly reputable organisastion

* Good knowledge in computer usage (Words, Excel, Power Point etc....)

* Knowledge in the use of accounting softwares

* A self starter, an enthusistic, motivated, and a person with a lot of drive and energy

Project Accountant

The position requires:

* A person with at least the final certificate of AAT/CAT

* At least three years relevant experience in a reputable organisation

* Good knowledge in computer usage

* An enthusiastic and a motivated person

Cashier

The person must have at least the intermediate certificate of AAT/CAT and a minimum of one year previous experience as a cashier or account clerk.

A letter of interest, with curriculum vitae, photocopy of certificates, and two passport size photographs must be esnt to :
