ECOBANK gives airtickets to Ghana 2008 CAN finals

africa » gambia
Monday, January 07, 2008
ECOBANK has recently embarked on a major promotion across its network of banking subsidiaries to sell its banking products and services, as well as give its customers some attractive niceties in return for their loyalty.

ECOFOOT promotion gives customers the instant opportunity to win a prize package that includes a round ticket to Accra with hotel accommodation and a ticket to watch a favourite match during CAN/African Cup of Nations in Ghana when they open an account with ECOBANK.

The promotion was not only a mere sensation but bears some reality and heartening outcome as two of ECOBANK's customers emerged winners of this week's ECOFOOT draw. Haddy Njie of Ebotown and Amie Secka of Kotu were the lucky winners.

ECOBANK has been demonstrating a high sense of corporate responsibility and willingness to share good moments with its valued customers and the Gambian people.

Barely two months ago, the bank was granted license by the Central Bank of The Gambia to do banking business on the soils of The Gambia.

Some expressed amazement and at the same time were impressed with the humility and professional comportment of this African banking giant.

"With a one bank concept, operating in 20 countries in Africa, serving Africans with blue-sky products and services and served by highly competent Africans only, including Gambians, you cannot have a better definition of a pan-African bank.

Albeit early, you can confidently and proudly say that ECOBANK is here for us now and is here to stay. Do not be left out of the ECO network," a press release from the bank revealed.

The pan-African bank congratulated Ms Haddy Njie and Ms Amie Secka on their win and for subscribing to the pan-African ideals as ECOBANK customers.
