Gamcel winners receive prices

As part its grand promotion, Gamcel, the national GSM provider yesterday held a prize award ceremony at its head office in Kanifing.

The ceremony was basically to hand over to those lucky winners of their various prizes, which included, ten hajj tickets, twenty scholarship packages of D10, 000 each, 521 TV sets and 52.2 KVA generator sets.

Almamy Kassama, director of Customer Services said this is the sixth presentation in a series of price presentations and many other activities for 2008.  The pilgrimage package he added is a fully sponsored trip to the holy lands of Mecca and Rome for the Christians.  He thanked their esteemed customers for their patronage and reassured them of the continuous improvement in the services of Gamcel.

The winners thanked Gamcel for their wonderful services and numerous generosity towards their customers.

Furthermore, it could be recalled that Gamcel have embarked on grand promotional activities for 2008 and have since, given out several prices.

The occasion was punctuated by Islamic songs and graced by Islamic scholars, customers and a host of dignitaries, senior management of Gamcel as well as Gamcel promoter-Yaay Ministere.
