It is with mixed filling that I write in appreciation the wonderful works of certain people in the lives of students at the country's only hotel training institution .

First, I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to my principal, Mr. David Joof, and his entire staff for their tireless support for us at the Hotel school. And on behalf of the entire students' body, I wish to convey a big thank you to the managing director of Ocean Bay Hotel, Mr. Lucien Gibiser and his entire staff for their wonderful and complementary support.

I want to say also that we owe you an obligation that we must not only express verbally, but show through action and record. As I write my heart pump up tears because of the spirit of sociality, intergrity, tolerance, oneness and desicipline that you have put in to us to prepare for the obvious challeges in the world.

If we follow their foot steps of these wonderful people, our vision will work true.

Finally, where ever we have a student of the Gambia Hotel School on training, be it at a hotel or a restaurant, we are saying a big thanks to the management and staff of that institution.
