Baba Maal in action tonight

The Senegalese mbalax star Baba Maal and his live band are expected to stage a big show tonight at Brikama Jokor.

He is expected to perform alongside three other prominent Gambian stars Jaliba Kuyateh and the Kumareh Band, Sambou Suso, the golden voice of manding, and The Gambia's mbalax sensation Pa Omar Jack otherwise known as Mr"Fish & Chips."

The Senegalses mbalax star will also perform at Paradise Suites Hotel near Senegambia, and Jokor Garden Club Westfield, Serrekunda.

The three day fun-filled event is exclusively organised by the Mighty Champion DJ Lamin Cham of Champion Sound Promotions.

In a chat with What's On, Champion DJ lamented that this programmes are all gear towards briging Gambia and Senegalese artistes under one umbrella.
