Is this not a big trouble? I have being with a guy for a long time. He loves and also trusts me so much but I am cheating on him. Notwithstanding my cheating on him, I love him so dearly. Right now I have made up my mind to remain faithful with him but I do not know what to tell the other guy I am presently dating.

This is a simple emotional separation. Tell your latter boyfriend that it is enough time to stop hiding the truth from him because you are still in love with your first boyfriend. Not only in love but still dates.
