One Badou Secka, a driver, was, yesterday, arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court charged with careless driving contrary to the laws of the land.

According to the prosecution,  Badou Secka, on August 8th 2006, along Kairaba Avenue, drove a Renault taxi KM 6862A, without due care and attention, thereby causing an accident. He pleaded guilty to the charge preferred against him. The case was  adjourned for judgement.
