YOUNG OBSERVER: NAPSA executive returns from Egypt Extols President Jammeh

Maram Mbye, Vice Chairperson, Ya Marie Janneh, Assistant Public Relations Officer, Modou Dumbuya, Technical Adviser and Modou MS. Sanyang, Deputy Chief of Technical Adviser of NAPSA, have recently returned from the Republic of Egypt, where they attended the 11th African Union (AU) Summit. The NAPSA executive members, who were among the president's delegation to Egypt, commended President Jammeh for his support, care and concern for Gambian students.

Speaking to the Young Observer Columnist, Ya Marie Janneh,the Assistant Public Relations Officer of NAPSA, expressed sincere thanks and profound gratitude to President Dr. Alh. Yahya Jammeh on behalf of the entire membership of NAPSA, for his untiring efforts and support towards the development of the students' association.

She revealed that they have learnt a lot from this trip and have been exposed to a different environment..

"Our parents and the entire membership of NAPSA are very happy about the President's initiative of giving us the privilege to join him on his trip to attend such an important meeting of the African Heads of State and Governments", she further revealed.

The NAPSA assistant PRO also called on all the students, to attend their meetings every Sunday evening at St. Thereses Upper Basic School in Kanifing.

She commended President Jammeh and assured him that The Gambian students are behind him and that, they shall continue to work hard towards contributing their quarter to national development.

For her part, Maram Mbye, Vice Chairperson of NAPSA also described President Jammeh as a role model, whose aim is to develop The Gambia into a modern country.

She called on all the students in advance,to turn out in their numbers during the forth coming July 22nd Anniversary.

Vice Chairperson Mbye also called on the students to join NAPSA and contribute to national development.
