Bakau Super Cup giants get help

Bakau Super Cup champions, Banda FC, were recently presented with a set of football jersey and a cash amount of D1,500 by the first vice-president of The Gambia Football Association, Major General Lang Tombong Tamba.

The items were presented to the Bakau Newtown based team at the Independence Stadium by The Gambia Football Association president Seedy Kinteh on bahlf of his friend and donor.

Reacting to the gesture, Abdoulie (Pusty) Njie, president of Banda FC expressed gratitude with deep sense of honour to Lang Tombong Tamba over what he described as his benevolent support to his team over the years.
He promised that the donated items would be put into good use.
