Ukanwa Ikechukwa(alias Prince), Benjamin George, and Fatou Sar, a trio charged with kidnapping will soon know their fate.

The three are facing trial before Magistrate BO Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates Court, and are charged with the abduction of one Abdoulah Wazani (a Moroccan) in Brusubi on November 6, 2008.

When the case was called this week, Magistrate BO Jobe informed the court prosecution's legal burden of proving guilt has been executed as the prosecution witnesses' testimonies corroborated each other. He there found the three guilty as charged. Magistrate BO Jobe then set Monday, July 6, 2009 as the date for the sentencing.
