Three men, Momodou Camara, Malick Konateh and Ebrima Njie, were last week, arraigned before the Senior Magistrate of Kanifing Court, Abdoulie Mbake, charged with conspiracy to commit felony, house breaking and stealing.

According to the prosecution, the trio on the 23rd of June 2009, at Old Jeswang, jointly broke into the house of one Dr Drammeh by breaking his window and unlawfully stole the many items, all amounting to D51,000. They pleaded not guilty and were granted bail in the sum of D60,000 with one Gambian surety who must have a landed property of that value in the Greater Banjul Area.
