Adama Sanneh, a resident of Kololi in the KSMD, was on Monday, March 2nd, arraigned before Magistrate Lamin George at the Bundung Magistrates Court charged with the offence of stealing.

The particulars of the offence revealed that the accused, between the months of May and December in 2009 at Kololi, and in diverse places within the country, with intent to defraud, stole three hundred and forty-one thousand five hundred and eighty seven dalasis (D341, 587) from Julia Casel.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of D200, 000 with two Gambians sureties. The case was adjourned to 16th of March 2010.
