The Serrekunda West Sport Development Organisation this week commenced the qualifiers for the 2012 Nawettan season with matches currently taking place at the community’s mini-stadium.

On Wednesday, Pa Harry Jammeh was the hero for Kanifing Estate Nawettan hopefuls August Town as they took on Santos and following a goalless match, the Kanifing Estate side prevailed to the next round of the qualifiers 5-4 on penalties.
