Babylon arson case suffers another set backThursday, August 26, 2010 The Babylon
arson case presided over by Magistrate Nkea of the Brikama Magistrates Court
was on Tuesday adjourned to 1st September 2010 on the grounds that state
counsel N.B Jones was absent. Hajum Gaye, the counsel for the accused persons, said she agreed with the state counsel to recall PW8, Saikou Sarr, who is at Mile 2 Prisons and he is said to be sick and cannot make it to the court.
