Babylon attack suspects to appear before special courtTuesday, September 08, 2009 Moses Richards, the presiding judge at the Special Criminal Court, has ordered for all the 52 accused persons facing trial over the Babylon arson attack to appear before the court on the next adjourned date, Wednesday, 9thSeptember 2009. The presiding judge's order followed an application for bail made by Antouman Gaye, counsel for the 52 accused persons. When the matter was mentioned, Antouman Gaye seized the opportunity to brief the court on the history of the case at the Brikama Magistrates Court, Western Region, leading to the subsequent detention of the accused persons at Mile 2.
