Batigroupe General Manager meets President Jammeh

The Gambian leader, Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya Jammeh, yesterday afternoon, received in audience Mr Diarou Diallo, the General Manager of Batigroupe Company limited, based in Dakar, Senegal, at his office at State House.

Speaking to reporters soon   after his audience with the Gambian leader, Mr Diallo, who led two potential investors from Senegal and the United States to The Gambia, told journalists that his company engages in housing estate development initiatives, among other ventures.

According to him, their mission in the country is to see at first hand the investment climate in the country, geared towards exploring potential business opportunities. The Batigroupe general manager also told reporters that they had the opportunity to discuss with the Gambian leader an array of social development issues.
