The managing director of Bayba Financial Services, Momodou Lamin Bojang has assured that his institution will support both sports and health activities in the country.

Speaking in an interview with Observer Sports recently at his Kairaba Avenue office, Bojang noted that they have started supporting wrestling competitions in Banjul and had arranged an exclusive sponsorship package for the Banjul Wrestling Team in the just Concluded National Wrestling Championship.

He pointed out that it is part of their Social responsibility to assist the youth of the country in the area of their needs, noting that they will not only lend their support to, wrestling but will also extend it to football and other sporting disciples, as well as health. He opined that if youths are engaged in sports and sensitised on health issues it will make them desist from illicit drugs and other abnormal vices harmful to their health.

For his part, Abdoulie Corr, head of the Banjul delegation in the just concluded National Wrestling Championship in which Banjul emerged as the winner of thanked Bayba for the unflinching support they have given to the Banjul team and some of the regions that participated in the Championship.
