One Fatou Bass Tustusson has emerged the lucky winner of the Brussel Airlines 2010 summer promotion. She won for her self a free Air ticket to travel to any European country and the price was presented to her at the airline’s office complex along the Senegambia highway.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Bakary Sonko, sales manager of Brussels Airlines, said they have been organising raffle promotions for their customers for the past years. He stated that this recent promotion is the most successful one as two hundred and seventy five (275) tickets were sold in the period of two months and some 275 customers participated in the promotion and Fatou Bass Tustuson, emerged as the lucky winner. He added that the air ticket is open and the winner can travel with it to any European country, he stated.

Wouter Kabbedijk, the general manager of Brussels Airline The Gambia, said that their airlines want to offer the best to their customers, noting that The Gambia is a popular destination for their customers and as such they would offer their customers the opportunity to win tickets instead of always buying it. "We care about the welfare of our passengers and hope to organise another raffle draw during the winter season", he stated.

Fatou Bass Tustusson, the lucky winner who was eager to return to Sweden where she is currently based, expressed satisfaction with the Brussel Airlines, noting that the airline is very comfortable and their staff are very friendly and helpful. She also thanked the airline for the gesture.
