One Lamin Bah, was on Thursday, arraigned before the senior magistrate of the Kanifing Magistrates Court, Abdoulie Mbake, charged with stealing.

According to the particulars of the offence, the accused on 28 July 2009, in Pipeline, stole a Nokia phone that belongs to one Lamin Keita. When the charge sheet was to him, he pleaded guilty. The case was adjourned to 14th August for him to know his fate.

Police prosecutor, 252 Jawo, appeared for IGP.
