CRR Green Youths commended

The Central River Region Green Youth coordinator, Alh. Omar Mambureh has applauded the Green Youths of the region for their hard work and for responding positively to the clarion call made by the Gambian leader.

He made this statement on Monday September 13th when he concluded two-day working visit to the farms of the Green Youths. Mr Mambureh observed that the CRR Green Youths are ready to answer to President Jammeh's call at all times.


He cited the achievement of President Jammeh in the past 15 years adding that his the back-to-the-land call has increased production and productivity.

The secretary general of the Green Youths, Alh. Malang Saibou Camara hailed President Jammeh's effort in strengthening the agricultural activities in the country. He said the youth of the region have shown great interest in restoring food self-sufficiency in the region. He said if we went the country to move forward, we must all work hard to feed ourselves.
