One Abdourahman Jallow was on Tuesday before Magistrate Effim of Brikama Magistrates Court charged with stealing, contrary to laws of The Gambia.

According to the particulars of the offence the accused on 19th January 2010 at Tobokoto stole from the shop of one Momodou Salieu Jallow, Africell, Qcell, Comium and Gamcel sim and scratch cards valued up to D1,480.

The accused pleaded not guilty on the charge. The case proceeded with PW1 Momodou Salieu Bah testifying in court. The case was adjourned 10 February 2010 for PW2 to testify in court.
