According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, in the month of February 2010 at Brikama, obtained the sum of D11, 000 from Amadou Ceesay with the pretext to give him a motor vehicle and a medical paper to enable him sell medical drugs. The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge. The case was adjourned to 7th September 2010 and he was also granted bail in the sum of D100, 000 with a Gambian surety.
