One Abou Sallah, was on Monday, March 2nd, arraigned before Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates Court charged with the offence of stealing, contrary to the laws of the country.

The particulars of the offence have it that the accused, on the 11th of February 2010 at Sinchu Sorri Village in Kombo North, stole a mobile phone marked Apple, valued at 4,500, being the property of one Basiru Jobe.  

He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of D5, 000 with one Gambian surety. The case is adjourned to 17th of March 2010.
