Reports reaching the Daily Observer have it that Justice Edrissa M’bai and Justice Penda Dibba, both of the High Court in Banjul would serve as vacation judges during the summer vacation of the Superior Courts of The Gambia which would commence on August 1st, 2012.

Justice Edrissa M’bai will serve as the vacation Judge fromAugust 1st, 2012 to the August 31st, 2012, whilst Justice Penda Dibba will serve as a vacation judge from the September 3rd, 2012 to theSeptember 28th, 2012. The summer vacation would end on Friday, September 28th, 2012 whilst the new legal term is due to commence on Monday, October 1st, 2012.
