Ex-Agric officials’ case stallsThursday, June 28, 2012 Justice Emmanuel Amadi of the Brikama High Court on Wednesday, 27th June 2012, adjourned the ex-Agric officials’ case to Friday, 29thJune 2012. The case was supposed to be heard on Wednesday 27th June, but the state counsel was not present in court due to ill health. The clerk informed the court that he received a text message from the state counsel, Simon Ateh Abi indicating that he could not come for the case due to ill health. The judge then apologised to the team of defence counsel for the inconvenience. “This case should have ended in two months so that everybody can go on their way,” the judge remarked.
