Femi peters to open defenceThursday, March 04, 2010 Magistrate Kayeode Olajubutu of the Kanifing Magistrates Court has adjourned the trial of Femi Peters, campaign manager of the UDP, to 17th of March 2010 to open his defence. This development came after the presiding magistrate went through the case file and found out that the matter was adjourned on numerous occasions and therefore the need for a fair and speedy trial of the matter.
