Global Properties gives D150,000 to customers

Global Properties, in its  quest to enable every Gambian acquire a land at an affordable and accessible price, on Wednesday held a raffle draw for its customers who have plots of land from the Global properties in  various places.

The transparent draw which gave each month two people the opportunity to win D10,000 and  D15,000 for six months, was held at the Global properties head office along Kairaba Avenue. Twelve people won the raffle draw, with six customers winning D10,000 each and D15,000 goes to the other six people. Speaking to the audience after the raffle draw, Pa Darboe of Global properties, thanked the customers for working with his company. He said they are not only taking from the people but also giving back to them their share, noting that they are here to contribute to national development.

Mustapha Ceesay, a cashier at Global properties, said the customers have always been expressing delight with Global properties for the good initiative they have taken to ensure that every low income earner gets a land to live with his family. He further cited their commitment to meeting the welfare of their customers.

For the winners, Babucarr Sanyang and Binta Ceesay, who were excited by the time their names appeared, all expressed delight and thanked Global properties for the initiative, noting that this will help them to settle their monthly payment for their lands. Saul Frazer, the proprietor of Global properties said, Global properties is out to help the poor to get a land at a payment of  D3500 per month. He said they are partnering with Swami India in this initiative to not only provide land for the rich but also for every individual to get a land to live.

According to him, the reason for the monthly installment is to allow the low income earners to also become land owners. He revealed that they have lands in Farato, Sinchu Sori, Brufut, Sanyang, Tanji, Yundum, adding that they will soon have lands in Gunjur. He urged the people not to hesitate to partner with them. He thanked the customers and  congratulated  the winners  for having confidence in them, noting that the customers' welfare is their concern.
