Modou Badjie who came in as a first half substitute for the injured Alieu Jagne scored from a corner.

In the 61st minute, substitute Sarjo Fadera made a good run and found space but hisshot was saved by Hawks stand in keeper Francis Mendy. Brikama piling on the pressure saw their greater share of possession yield  result as they equalised in the 75th minute. Debutant Lamin Saho scored from the spot to cap off a good performance after the ball hit the arm of  Hawks defender Alieu Ceesay.  After the scores were tied Hawk’s Modou Jagne and Brikama’s Foday Trawally both had chances in the dying moments which came to nothing.
