"Since the dawn of time, man  understood which leaves, fruits, seeds and roots of plants around him were beneficial for the maintenance of health; and effective for the remedy of different ailments that he suffers from."

This was a statement of Dr Al Hassan Ibin  Abubakarr, director general of the Traditional Medicine and Home Care Foundation, in Brufut Ghana Town. Traditional Medicine and Home Care Foundation is a non-profit herbal home that cares for every sickness affecting people; such as stroke, stomach pain, high blood pressure, bed wet, eye disease among others.

Dr Alhasan, commonly called Imam of Ghana Town recently told Daily Observer that with his decades of experience in preparing and administering herbs, he has produced many herbal recipes that can effectively tackle some illnesses.

According to him, many are inside sufferings from one or two sicknesses in which people need assistance but they cannot afford it due to financial constraints. He noted that to help humanity, his Care Foundation is out to help some people from their health constraints in terms of bringing the local herbal medicine to their door steps. He said because of natural gifts, many know how to plan for good things, but at the end, something contrary will come up and destroy the plans.

"This is the reason why some people lack success," Dr Alhasan noted. This makes those people to need counselling with prayers" he said.
