Principal Magistrate Sainabou Wadda-Ceesay of Kanifing Magistrate court yesterday, revoked the bail condition of one Ebrima Njie, who is facing theft charges.

The revoke came following the application by the police prosecutor, 319 Jobe, who informed the court that the surety of the accused has informed him (the prosecutor) that the accused has been remanded by the Brikama Magistrates court, after his involvement in another criminal case. Ebrima Njie is ordered to be kept in prison until 25th February 2009.
