One thing in dating, courtship and marriage that generate more debates these days is cheating. Women will never accept to men that they cheat on their partners so also men will say they are Africans and cannot agree that they are wrong for sleeping with other women outside. Not a week passes by without one or two if not more will complain about his or her partner cheating on them. The trend relationship is taking these days is giving more opportunity to partners to cheat.

Been an open debate everyone has right to defend him or herself by saying no it is man or woman that cheat more. Everyone is kleptomania but whoever they caught in the act is the thief and will become the guilty. Because no one is ready to accept infidelity in the relationship this made it an interesting topic each time people are discussing about their partners.

Coming up with different opinions, men believe that they have the right to share their love with many women as time permits them and in places they want. This is because men are like hunters in character, they hunt for anything underskirt wherever it available. It is because of this they have no resistance when it comes to cheating on their wives.

Do you know that, everyone will say this is Africa the society justifies it that cheating is an open contest where men are the main contestants and women remains spectator. And each time women are caught cheating they are crucified while it is just a fun for men. Do you know that women are better at keeping a low profile while committing the act?

But for men, because the society is permissive and most times closes its eyes when the act is being committed by them, it is assumed that there is nothing really wrong in cheating. In fact a lot of men get a quick ego boost when they talk about the various acts of infidelity they may have committed unlike the women who most times commit the act for various personal reasons. Believe it or not the calibre of women who have had affairs for long periods of time without people, especially their spouses knowing. Well women are just too good at keeping secrets.

Sampling peoples’ opinion they said it is natural for men to cheat because biologically men are wired to flow with more than one woman at the same time. The nature of men makes them want to change to a new woman when they are done with the old one. Looking at it closely no one has ever say it is naturally good for women to cheat, too. Another thing is that men will express and talk about women like when they are describing different flavours of ice cream available in supermarkets or wine at the hotels.

It is obvious that some women seem to lose their glisten after a while and every man wants an attractive mate. Therefore they tend to lose interest when their women gradually lose the looks that got them attracted to chasing. For sure some women blow up after childbirth and never make efforts to bounce back to shape, while some are not bother with the way they appear or smell not only when they are feeding baby, from cooking or any hard work.

Not taken women side, but note as you read that innocent good looking woman will cheat if given the chance and in fact must probably have done so before, even if not in thisrelationship but in another she might have had before you came into her life. Financial and intellectual empowerment has also put a lot of women on equal footing with the men folk.

As lot of women no longer need to depend on any man financially these days before they can make decisions that will enhance their social standings in the society. Women now see themselves as equal partners to the men folk in their relationships and the popular belief now is that whatever a man can do, a woman can equally do.

Still if you think men are the ones who cheat more then, you can never be more wrong. From observations, women are just better off at lying and covering up their own acts and because of these they are a lot less likely to be caught. But in the game of cheating, whoever gets caught is the one the society will castigate. And the funny thing is that unlike men who do feel guilty that they have a loving wife at home, women hardly ever feel guilty about commit-ting themselves to someone else unless the chances of their being caught have reared their heads.

Anyway men marry the favourite or most faithful tie, and then they keep the rest for occasional use. Women who indulge in indiscriminate sex are generally seen as promiscuous. Some men just like treading on dangerous ground. They like the hide and seek that cheating entails. It excites them. Some women have such tendencies, but how many? Many men said you cannot continue eating same food everyday, so they say that love and sex are not the same. Someone said that men tend to separate love from sex in their brains. Some men claim that they still love their partners, and all they go out to get is sex, not love. Ever seen a woman propounding such a theory?

However, I think the final decision to cheat is entirely under the man’s control, and no man should blame his fall on anyone but himself. The bottom line is this; cheating is the result of a decision which one has enough time to make, and a man is truly strong and responsible when he can stick to one woman.
