It was through the fee generated from producing a Christmas jingle for the mobile telephone company (Africell) that Rugie and Princess (Girls 2 Girls) were able to go into the studio to record their next song called 'Puppy Love' which didn't end up hitting the expected heights and Rugie later went solo after Princess fell out of love with singing and performing.
