Two armed robbery suspects were on Tuesday July 21, 2009, arraigned before justice Moses Richards of the special criminal division of the high court.

The two, Gibril George and Bai Morr Nyang are alleged to have robbed one Musa Njai of New Jeshwang of the sum of D750.00 in Jokor Westfield in December 12, 2006. At the sitting, senior state counsel, AM Yusuf intimated the court that the state has filed all the necessary bill of indictment in the matter and the state was ready to precede with the hearing of the matter.

Justice Richards then disclosed that the court has not received the briefs and the court was immediately served with the briefs.
