...........................

It gives me great pleasure to express our heartfelt congratulations to you, your family, members of the cabinet and the entire nation on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the July 22 Revolution.

The positive effect of the revolution in every aspect of the nation is very glaring, and is there for all to see.  It ranges from agriculture, health, education, the economy, security and construction of good road network across the country, International Peace Initiative in Ecowas and AU; just to mention a few.

More also, the theme of this year's celebration, which is "Definitive No to Drugs and Corruption" is very appropriative as it once again reaffirms your long standing policy on zero tolerance on all negative vices that destroy a nation. Your Excellency, you must agree with us that you are a blessing to the nation of The Gambia and a gift of God to our generation in Africa and humanity in general.  Your forthrightness, honesty and expression of godly fear; undying love for The Gambian people; your respect for human life and the rule of law; your commitment to fairness, justice and equity are worthy assets and legendry virtues that all must emulate and celebrate.

The Gambia Pastors Intercessory Forum has over the years stood firmly in our resolve to support the government through prayers.  We shall continue to do so and as well make other socio-economic contributions within the limit of our ability for the furtherance of Your Excellency's Vision 2020 and the government's MDG programmes. The Forum's executives and the entire membership, pray for your good health and that of your family and many more years of quality leadership to the nation, Africa and the world at large. Please accept Your Excellency our congratulations, love and prayers.

...........................

Mr President I cannot write down all the developments done by your government.  It is clearly evident that your government has invested in all sectors and that 90 percent of the projects are successful.

I must congratulate you on all the awards presented to you, Sheikh, Professor, Doctor, Babilmansa, Alhaji Yahya A.J.J Jammeh. If the prophets and messengers are not finished we could give you that title, but there will be no messenger except Mohammed peace be upon him.

The prophet's name is in your family as you name your son after him, Mohammed Jammeh junior.  The great mother's name is also in your family as your first daughter was also named after Prophet Isaac's mother Mariama Jammeh.

My warmest regards to the queen of the nation, Madam Zineb Jammeh for launching 'Operation Save a Baby'. The nation's mother, the grandmother Aja Asombi Bojang, thank you for giving us a blessing, respectful, and caring leader. Long live King Jammeh; long live Vision 2020.

For all those who advised me, thank you all.

Yahya Abaraka.

Forward with your development

Yahya Jarju
