One Edward Baboucarr Okoro, was on Thursday March 26, 2009 arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbake of Kanifing Magistrate court, charged with possession of fire arm.

According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, on the 2nd of January, 2009 was said to have been found with a pistol without a valid licence.

When the charge sheet was read to the accused, he pleaded not guilty. The presiding magistrate granted him bail in the sum of D10,000 with two Gambian sureties. The case was adjourned to 10 March, 2009.
