Wednesday, June 24, 2009
Gambian defender, Pa Saikou Kujaba, has completed his transfer from the Austrian Bundesliga club SV Reid to German second tier club FSV Frankfurt, Observer Sports can reveal.

The 22-year-old former Banjul Hawks player is reported to have signed a one-year contract with the Germany 2nd Bundesliga side with an option to extend. In reporting the deal, FSV Frankfurt Football Club, said the acquisition of the combative defender will undoubtedly strengthen their defensive line.

Kujabi, who is a regular for The Gambia Scorpions, has been handed a number 15 jersey  ahead of the new league season. His new club, FSV Frankfurt, is a German football club based in the Bornheim district of Frankfurt, Hesse and founded in 1899. The club plays in the shadow of larger and much more successful Eintracht Frankfurt, but have recently returned to second tier football.
