Your Excellency of The Sisterly Republic of The Gambia, Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya AJJ  Jammeh,  I am glad, on the occasion of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), to send to Your Excellency,  on my own behalf and on behalf of the Arab People of The Great Libyan Jamahiriya, my warmest greetings and soliciting from the Almighty Allah to revisit you on this occasion in good  health and happiness and upon the Islamic nation with blessing and prosperity.
