Man convicted on all three counts

One Paboy Jagne, was on Wednesday arraigned before Magistrate Fredick Foster of the Bundung Magistrate Court.  

He was charged on three counts.  Count one, criminal trespass; according to the particulars of the offense, he , on the 16th of March 2009, at Tallinding unlawfully entered into the shop of one Abdou Salam Bah and intimidated, annoyed and assaulted him.

On count two, common assault; ccording to particulars of offense, on or about the 16th of March 2009 at Tallinding, he wilfully assault ed Abdou Salam Bah, by holding his mouth and neck to stop him from shouting.  Count three, threatening violence; he threatened to kill Muhamed Barry, by throwing stones at his door.

When the sheet was read to him, he pleaded guilty to all the charges.  He was convicted and fined as follows: count one, D500 in default, one month imprisonment; count two, D1000 in default of six-month imprisonment; and count three, D3000 in default of nine-month imprisonment and all sentences shall run concurrently."
