According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, on the 17th of August 2010 along the Serrekunda-Brikama highway at New Yundum village, was carelessly driving a motor vehicle with registration number: BJL 0603 E and caused an accident, thereby committed an offence. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. The case was adjourned to 8th September 2010 for hearing and the accused was also granted bail in the sum of D10, 000 with one Gambian surety.
