Back and Next - Back and NextMan docked for careless drivingMonday, September 06, 2010 One Abdoulie Jatta was recently arraigned before
Magistrate Nkea of the Brikama Magistrates Court charged with careless driving,
contrary to the laws of The Gambia. The particulars of the offence stated that the accused, on the 14th of July 2010 at Lamin village, carelessly drove a GCAA vehicle without due care and attention thereby caused an accident. He pleaded not guilty. The case was adjourned to 8th of September 2010 for hearing, and the accused was granted bail to the sum of D20, 000 with a Gambian surety.
