One Amadou Bah, on Monday appeared before Magistrate Olajubutu Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates Court  charged with stealing.

According to the particulars of offence, on the 11th of June 2009, in Latrikunda, the accused stole a digital camera valued at D7,300. The camera is said to be the property of one Sulayman Saidy.

When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded not guilty, and was granted bail in the sum of D2,000 with one Gambian surety.
The case was later adjourned to the 21st of July 2009.
